Vom 24.bis 25. Februar 2012 ist es soweit. Bei den „Movie Days“ geben sich bereits seit 2009 alljährlich namhafte Schauspieler, Regisseure und Autoren stets die Klinke in die Hand. In diesem Jahr finden die beliebten Tage mit Hollywood-Flair im schönen Mülheim an der Ruhr in Nordrhein-Westfalen statt!
 
Bereits jetzt haben sich einige Gesichter für den roten Teppich angekündigt. „Möge die Macht mit dir sein“: David Prowse, bekannt durch seine Rolle als Darth Vader in Star Wars, ist ebenso mit von der Partie wie auch die bezaubernde Erika Eleniak, als Shauni McClain verdrehte sie der Männerwelt in Baywatch die Köpfe. Mit der Filmreihe Eis am Stiel wurde er bekannt: Yftach Katzur wird Gast der Movie Days sein – für reichlich Action sorgt Al Leong, der sowohl als Schauspieler als auch als Stuntman bereits in diversen Hollywoodstreifen wie Stirb Langsam, Berverly Hills Cop, Godzilla und Planet der Affen mitwirkte.
 
Schaurig düster wird es in der neuen „Dark Zone“. Robert Elmore (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Fluch der Karibik) beispielsweise gastiert erstmals in Deutschland, Richard Brooker (Freitag der 13.) feiert mit uns das 30-jährige Jubiläum seiner populären Hockeymaske. Megan Franich (30 Days of Night, Die Chroniken von Narnia), Ladislav Beran (Hellboy, Blade 2, Mission: Impossible) und einige weitere Stars haben bereits für die Großveranstaltung zugesagt. Darüber hinaus dürfen sich die Gäste auf Zeichner und Autoren wie Dr. Erich Glavitza freuen, der früher als Stuntman für James Bond –Filme fungierte, heute zu den wichtigen österreichischen Autoren zählt.
 
Eine Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie garantieren weitere Programmpunkte wie Autogrammstunden, Stuntman Shows, Comic Workshops, Lesungen, Filmvorführungen und vieles mehr! Auch wird der Händlerbereich mit rund 250 Ständen für ein umfangreiches Angebot an DVDs, Postern, Merchandise, Comics & Co sorgen.
