The Grudge director Shimizu Takashi had landed the task of directing a new live action adaptation of the first two novels in the series which also spawned Miyazaki's beloved animation Kiki's Delivery Service - the Miyazaki is based solely on the first novel - and now the first image from the film has arrived online via Japanese film site Eiga.com.
