Anfang 2012 kommt auch bei uns Sherlock Holmes 2 - Spiel im Schatten in die Kinos und Warner Bros. ist sich sicher, der Film wird ein Erfolg. Warum also nicht an eine Trilogie denken? Die geht bekanntlich immer bei Filmfans durch. So soll nun auch ein weiterer Kinofilm mit Robert Downey Jr. als Sherlock Holmes folgen.Aktuell noch als Sherlock Holmes 3 betitelt, soll Drew Pearce jetzt ein Drehbuch für den Abenteuerfilm schreiben. Wie er Downey Jr. in Szene setzen kann, dürfte Pearce nun wissen, hat er auch das Drehbuch zu Iron Man 3 geschrieben, welches demnächst von Shane Black verfilmt wird.Niemand sonst ist bisher mit Sherlock Holmes 3 verknüpft, das dürfte sich aber nach dem Kinostart vom zweiten Teil schnell ändern. 2013 könnte es dann mit der nächsten Fortsetzung soweit sein.
