Ich hab das teils auch, wenn ich ein MP3-Album als Audio-CD brennen will - dann frisst Nero die Tracks nicht, sagt, sie wären nicht kompatibel oder das Prog kackt sofort ab.
Das sind häufig Dateien die nicht zu 100% der offiziellen MP3 Spezifikation entsprechen.
Solche kannst du aber durch decodieren und neu codieren wieder passend machen.
Sehr sinnvoll ist dafür Lamedropxpd
Einfach von mp3 in .wav und gegebenenfalls wieder zurück in mp3.
