    Lance Elliott träumt davon, Top-Agent zu werden. Doch statt dessen arbeitet er lediglich als Bürobote beim Geheimdienst CIA. Als er eines Tages eine Postsendung ausliefert, bekommt Lance die grosse Chance. Der Adressat wurde tödlich verletzt und kann ihm aber noch eine Diskette zustecken. Hinter dieser ist auch die Killerin Rhonda her.
