@ thomas: kannst du mir zu den alten zatoichi-filmen ein paar titel geben? in japan kann es ja vorkommen, das die nicht allen den begriff "zatoichi" im titel tragen. dann kann ich mich dumm und dusselig suchen.

schau mal auf amazon.com sind glaube ich 27 Filme und ne Fernsehserie. ;)

Romulus:
mir komt dazu noch so spontan "sanjuro" von Akira Kurosawa in den sinn. ist zwar schon ein etwas älterer streifen (1962) geht aber gleichwohl recht zur sache bezüglich samurai action. hat sogar am schluss noch einen splatter effekt, was irgendwie niedlich aussieht, da der film auf s/w gedreht wurde.
