      Meine Hand provisorisch reinigen und verarzten.

      Hier in Eschborn ist es spiegelglatt und es hat mich auf dem Weg vom Parkplatz, ziemlich übel hingehauen.
      Natürlich habe ich versucht den Sturz mit der rechten Hand abzufangen.
      Dadurch habe ich jetzt einen fiesen Schnitt in der Handfläche, einen ordentlichen Quadratzentimeter abgerissene Haut am kleinen Finger, sowie diverse kleinere Kratzer und Prellungen.
      Jetzt mache ich mir erst mal Tee....

            War gerade noch beim Arzt und habe mir wegen meiner verdreckten Sturzwunde von heute Mogren noch eine Tetanus-Impfung geben lassen.
            Meine letzte war von 1991  :redface:

                      Mich über Kollegen ärgern, die 2 Minuten vorher alle geschlossen einen Termin absagen.
                      Naja, eigentlich kanns mir ja egal sein.

                                                Naja ich war die Woche immerhin schon 3 mal Laufen.
                                                Außerdem komme ich gerade vom Essen und habe ein 300g Rumpsteak im Magen.
                                                Damit soll man nun wirklich nicht Laufen.
                                                Ich gönne mir jetzt lieber einen schönen Ardbeg Uigeadail und mache mal einen faulen Sonntag. ;)
