Obwohl Teil 5 vom Einspiel her hinter Teil 4 zurückblieb (was ich nicht verstehe, da 4 der mit Abstand schwächste Teil der Reihe war und 5 dann wieder deutlich besser), bestätigte Tony Todd in einem Interview, dass der Tod in die nächste Runde geht.

Bitte KEIN Final Destination mehr. Das war Ende 1999 ein Innovation im Horror-Genre, und Teil 2 war sogar noch besser, aber irgendwann ist auch mal gut. Und auch bitte keine Serie. Braucht kein Mensch!😋

Wird es nicht geben, stattdessen wird das Franchise rebooted. Patrick Melton und Marcus Dunstan, schreiben das Script dazu.

Jupp, auch eben gelesen. Das Franchise wird komplette rebootet und bereits als mehrteilige Filmreihe in die Wege geleitet.
