We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused in relation to your order.
Generally speaking everything on our site is usually in stock or will be
soon arriving back in stock. In most cases, out-of-stock items are on order
from the manufacturers. In some cases, we may be awaiting or researching
information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product,
we ship it to you promptly.
Due to a minor technical glitch the system will take some time to be
updated.
It is unfortunate that on this occasion we continued to advertise it on the
understanding that the supplier would deliver into us sooner.
Please rest assured that this is an extremely rare occurrence and that we do
also find this equally frustrating since we pride ourselves on our fast and
efficient dispatch system.
